While we consider custom built-ins and architectural trim to be our specialty, we are excited to move into our new woodworking and metal fabrication shop where we will be building custom cabinetry and creating one-of-a-kind furniture pieces.
About Broad Creek Design Studio
Broad Creek Design Studio is the creative outlet of owner Dave Bannasch. After spending 16 years in commercial architecture and engineering, Dave made the move to residential design and remodeling where he has spent the last 20 years working in some of the most beautiful homes in the Baltimore area.
Dave lives in Harford County Maryland with his wife Kris on their 14- acre hobby farm located near the Susquehanna River. Dave enjoys spending time outdoors with his four children where they maintain their property and a 125-year-old farmhouse. The family likes taking care of their chickens, tending to their garden, playing music, and enjoying a variety of land and water sports.
